The top four sales in South Bay for 2018 were all fascinating properties, and surprisingly not all of them were ocean-front, as you will see below, however all were over $15,000,000. Notably, in the past three years there have been eight sales over $15,000,000 in South Bay. All but two (which debuted in 2018) were located in Manhattan Beach. Five of these eight sales were Strand-located properties. A sixth was located in the Hill Section. The other two were located in Redondo Beach and Rolling Hills. And all sales closed in 2017 or 2018.
